Rosalind Allen

Rosalind Scarborough Allen, 89, of Crawford, died August 27, 2021.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, B.T. Allen.

She was the daughter of the late Earl and Mary Noell Scarborough and preceded in death by her siblings, O.D. Scarborough, Martha Augustus (Gussie) Taylor, Edna Mathews and Earl Scarborough.

Rosalind was a member of Clouds Creek Baptist Church and worked as a beautician for over 60 years.

She is survived by her children, Benny (Elaine) Allen, Peggy (Travis) Gabriel, Billy Allen and Patti (Dennis) Pugh; grandchildren, Tara (Travis) Fields, Terri (Alex) Mason, Chuck (Joni) Gabriel, Gregory (Crystal) Allen, Maggie (Kyle) Starr, Mollie (Kevin) Hicks and Nicki Foster; 15 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Clarke Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Rick Estrada, Chuck Gabriel, Gregory Allen, Travis Fields, Kevin Hicks and Kyle Starr.

The family would like to thank Quiet Oaks Healthcare for giving her such good care for the past 3 ½ years.  "The staff and residents have been like an extended family to us."

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clouds Creek Baptist Church or Quiet Oaks Healthcare.
