Phronia Twiggs Jenkins

Phronia Twiggs Smith Jenkins at 103 died in Athens, GA on December 6, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter M. Twiggs and Claudia Thompson Twiggs, her first husband D. T. Smith that died in 1976,  her second husband that she married in 1980, Frank E. Jenkins and her daughter Claudia King Hinson that died in 1986. Survivors include one son DeWitt Smith of Athens and his wife Emily Prather Smith; three grandchildren: Elizabeth Torma, Christopher King and Brian King and nine great grandchildren.  Private services will be held at a later date. Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
