Luis Lozano Hernandez, 71, husband of Silvia Briones Ortiz, died on Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Luis was born in Mexico to Uvaldo Lozano and Carmen Hernandez. Prior to moving to the United States he worked as a banker and was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Survivors in addition to his wife include five children: Elizabeth Hernandez, Luis Lozano, Slivia Guardado, Jorge Lozano and Blanca Rivera; ten brothers and sisters; twenty-one grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A memorial mass celebrating Luis’s life will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2023 at 1:30PM at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, Jefferson, GA.
