Gussie Mae Tate, 59 of Bogart, passed away on Dec. 23, 2022. Bom on Dec 17, 1963. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Nettie Mae Holder Tate. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her Siblings, Linda Tate and Lee Tate.

Survivors include her children Claudia of Bogart, Mario and Britney of Athens; grandchildren Marcus, Christopher, Alyssa, Jamarion, Jayden, Aliya, Mya, Jayla and one additional grandchild on the way; and family friend Charles Lester.

Siblings include two brothers and two sisters, Jo Evelyn of Athens and Sarah Ann of Watkinsville, Robert and Eddie Tate of Athens and a host of nieces, nephews and Cousins.

The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Lord and Stephens East Chapel.
