Ethel Alma Garmon

Ethel A. Garmon or to those who knew her, Granmama, passed away peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones on March 14, 2021. She leaves behind her gentle and loving soulmate Charles H. Garmon, and her four beloved children, Bruce, Charmayne, John, and Shannon. She also leaves behind her 9 grandchildren and her 7 precious great grand babies. Ethel is preceded in death by her parents, siblings, her precious grandchild Jarred, and her great grandchild Alexia.

In her free time, Ethel enjoyed spending time with her sweet grand baby Aubree, needlework, sewing, and the occasional trip to the store. Although she was a woman of many talents and abilities, her greatest joy and honor in life was raising her beloved family.

Ethel was a devoted Christian woman who was a major influence on all who knew her and felt the Christlike love she so freely gave. She was also a treasured member of Hope Baptist Church in Winder, Georgia where services in her memory will be held on Saturday, March 20 at 2:00 p.m.
