Elsie Alice (Huff) Pritchett

Elsie Alice Huff Pritchett, 92, wife of the late John William Pritchett, Sr., died Friday, January 15, 2021. Born in Madison County, she was a lifelong resident of Oconee County. She was the daughter of the late Lee Herschel Huff and Ruth Christian Huff and sister to the late Ed Huff, Hilda Huff Colley, Gene Huff, Franklin Huff and Victor Huff. Mrs. Pritchett was a member of Freeman Creek Baptist Church and was retired from the Oconee County School System Food Service. She will be truly missed by her family and friends whom she treasured. Her favorite pastime included spending time with her sons and her grandchildren. Survivors include her three children: Johnny Pritchett, Herschel (Amy) Pritchett and Dennis (Emmie) Pritchett; sisters: Louvie Huff Ruark and Glenda Huff Gabriel; brother: Joe Huff; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Family graveside services will be held Monday, January 18, 2021, at 2PM at Farmington Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted. Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, West is in charge of arrangements.
