Brian Michael Compton

Brian Michael Compton, 40, husband of Heather Bensman Compton, died September 8, 2021. Born in Athens, GA, Brian was the son of Rick (Angela) Compton and Dorinda (Ken) Hardeman. He was the Lead Service Technician for Icee in the Atlanta Area. Brian was a kind-hearted and fun loving man who enjoyed riding motorcycles, grilling out with his friends and family, and visiting the mountains. Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include five children: Olivia Brakhage, Brigitt Compton, Alexis Brakhage, Connor Compton and Seth Compton; siblings: Brandon Hardeman, Cheyanne Compton and Brittany Compton and maternal grandfather: Charles Goss. TENTATIVE: Funeral services will be held Friday, September 17, 2021 at 1PM at Lord and Stephens East Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
