Baby Hazel Jean Schmidt

Baby Hazel Jean Schmidt was born into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, November 12, 2019. She is survived by her mother and father, Genevieve and Ethan Schmidt; sister, Emersyn Schmidt; grandparents, Stephen and Debbie Schmidt, Lee and Shannon Marrette, Scott and Debbie Dyess; Aunts, Liz Schmidt, Jennifer Dyess, Lacey Dyess, Mattie Dyess, Ashley Dichiara; uncles, Joel Schmidt, Andrew Dyess, Ben Dichiara, and Kurt Dichiara.

The family will receive friends Sunday, November 17, 2019 from 1-2pm at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home - East Chapel. The funeral service will be at 2pm Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Oconee Hill Cemetery in Athens. Pastor Shane Crowe will be officiating.
