Nicholson, GA - William Robert Williamson, Jr., 55, died August 28, 2005.
A native of Clarke County, he was a son of Willie Jo Edwards of Arnoldsville and the late William Robert ìBobbyî Williamson, Sr. He was employed with Holox, Inc. for twenty two years and the Athens Banner Herald for several years.
Funeral services will be Thursday, September 1, 2005, at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Rev. Morris Sapp will officiate. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Justin Griffith of Lexington; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Debbie Williamson of Hull; three grandchildren, Trey Woods, Cody Woods, and Justin Griffith, Jr.
Pallbearers will be Bill House, Tim Cheek, Bobby Williams, Tim Holt, Cory Williamson, and Dennis Williamson.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
