Wanda Gail Loggins

Wanda Dobbs Loggins, 70, of Commerce, passed away on December 15, 2025. Born in Athens, she was the daughter of the late Berlin Howard Dobbs and Mary Frances Dobbs. In addition to her parents, Wanda was preceded in death by her brother, James Dobbs.

Wanda was a truck driver for many years. She enjoyed traveling and being out on the road. Later, she worked other various jobs before retiring. Wanda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Loggins; son, Clinton Coile; granddaughter, Brianna Turner (D’Andre); and sister, Elaine Holloway.
