Tina Mae Patton

Remembering the life of a loving young woman. Tina Mae Patton 39, born September 7, 1985. Tina entered rest on July 11, 2025. She was a resident of Colbert. She was a member of New Covenant Worship Center where she was pastored by Howard Conine and David Hutchinson for many years. Tina graduated from Madison County High School. Tina was a mother to 4 wonderful children. Curion, Machi, Takeria Hyche and Journi Patton. Tina was the daughter of Glenda Edwards and the stepdaughter of David Edwards. Tina has 3 surviving siblings Christopher, Breanna, and Lacey Edwards. Tina also had a sibling that preceded her in death Amanda Edwards who passed in 2002. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Willie Mae Womack and her grandfather Thurman Lewis Patton, she is survived by her grandmother Shirley Ann Edwards. Tina loved many things in life. She loved music, singing, family time, shopping, reading, vacation, swimming, and loved being part of the dance team at her church. Tina was one of the kindest people we knew and would give anyone the shirt off her back. Tina found joy in almost all situations and when she laughed you laughed. We will forever cherish the years that we got to love her and will rejoice when we meet again. Until we meet again rest in peace sweet lady.

The funeral service is Saturday July 26, 2025 1:00 PM at Lord & Stephens, East chapel. The family will visit at the funeral home Friday, July 25, 2025 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
