Bishop, GA - Sim Hogan Ogletree, 68, died January 21, 2007.
Born January 21, 1939 in Wilkes County, GA, he was a son of the late Ralph A. and Hazel Hogan Ogletree. He was a veteran of the United States Army.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Rev. Rob Bray will officiate. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Mary W. Ogletree; son, Michael Ogletree; daughters and son-in-law, Ivy Sipsy, Amy and Edd Iler, all of Bishop; sister, Sandra Ross of Hull; six grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews, David Smith, Randy Williams, Cary Williams, Chad Williams, Timmy Lowe, and Travis Lowe.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
