Sibyl Beatrice Smith, 91, died June 30, 2011.
A native of White County, she was a daughter of the late Clarence and Genette Forester and the widow of William Prince "W. P." Smith. She was also preceded in death by a son, L. J. Smith, grandson, Tracy Smith, three brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Smith was a member of Cloud's Creek Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 3, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST with Rev. John Parker officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors include a son, Rickey Smith of Hull; two sisters, Clara Dettloff of Plymouth, Michigan and Ruth Adams of San Antonio, Texas; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Flowers are optional. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Cloud's Creek Baptist Church.
