Our beloved mother, Shirley Marie Thorton Brooks Nation “Squirl” went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2024. She was surrounded by family and her fur baby’s. She is preceeded in death by her husband, Bobby Brooks.
Shirley is survived by her children: Fran Busbin and Frank Brooks; brother: David Thorton; sister: Nita Zimmerman; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
