Sherrie Rena Wheeler, 46, of Athens, passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016.
Born in Athens, she was the daughter of Ronnie Douglas Wheeler and Gloria Ann Wheless George and Rick George. Sherrie was a 1988 graduate of Novato High School in Novato, California. She loved music, but most importantly, she loved her son, Jordan.
Survivors in addition to her parents and her son include her brother, Greg Wheeler; two step brothers, Richard George and Michael George and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, West. Interment will follow at Barrow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 16, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, West is in charge of arrangements.
