Sara Jean Hobbs, 82, died Monday, April 4, 2005 at Cobb Memorial Hospital.
Born in Madison County she was the daughter of the late George and Bessie Burroughes and wife of the late Charles Everett Hobbs. She was a member of Sonlight Baptist Church.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Johnny and Kay Hobbs, Everett and Yone Hobbs, both of Crawford; grandchildren, Wanda, Robyn, Chuck and Mitzi; great-grandchildren, Loren, Sara, Kristen, Bennett, Jordan and Myah and sister-in-law, Henrietta Stacks.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 7, 2005 at 2 PM at Lord and Stephens, Crawford. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 6, 2005 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held at Athens Memory Gardens.
Lord and Stephens, Crawford, is in charge of arrangements.
