Sandi Leigh Jones

Sandi Leigh Jones was born on February 23, 1981, in Athens, Georgia. She grew up in Madison County and graduated from Madison County High School in 1999. While in school, she was proud to letter in band. Sandi loved many simple things in life, especially butterflies and flowers. She enjoyed telling stories about her family and spent much of her time with those she loved.

Sandi passed away on April 19, 2026. She has now joined her mother, Deborah Jones, in heaven.

She is lovingly remembered by her father, Sammy Jones III, and many family members and friends. Among those are her special friends Amy and Lisa, her cousins Josh Jones and Chad Brooks, her uncle Billy Jones, and her Aunt Kay. Sandi also had a faithful companion named Boo Boo, a Pomeranian. Many other cousins and numerous friends also hold her dearly in their hearts.

Family and friends will gather to honor Sandi’s memory with a visitation held on April 26, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lord & Stephens Funeral Homes Danielsville. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on April 27, 2026, at Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.

Sandi’s life touched many through her love for family, nature, and storytelling. She will be deeply missed but warmly remembered by all who knew her.
