Russell A. Harrell, 60, died November 25, 2006.
A native of Clarke County, he was a son of the late Joseph R. And Grady Lou Beard Harrell. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served in Vietnam. Mr. Harrell was a member of Winterville First Baptist Church and a former member of the Watkinsville Masonic Lodge.
Memorial services will be Monday, November 27, 2006, at 2:00 PM at Winterville First Baptist Church, with Drs. Jim Akins and Rick Standard officiating.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Harrell; two daughters and son-in-law, Cindy and Greg Hale of Athens and Angie Harrell of Winterville; two sisters, Marilou Hansen of Garner, NC and Henrietta Tucker of Winterville; one granddaughter, Meredith Hale; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
