Roy Lanier Seay, 74, of Hull, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Born in Athens, he was a son of the late Sam Roy Seay and Pauline Elizabeth Palmer Seay. Mr. Seay was married for 48 years to the late Debora “Debbie” Marie Chandler Seay. He loved anything and everything related to automobiles and classic cars and trucks. He retired from Reliance Electric after more than 48 years of employment. In addition to his parents and his wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Kurt Seay and two brothers, Joe Seay and Doc Seay.

Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Seay (Danny Campbell); sister, Marie Bond; sister-in-law, Mildred Seay; grandchildren, Mercedes Seay, TJ Sanders (Kayla), Shane Sanders, Caleb Campbell (Haley), Hailey Seay, Tyler Seay and Tripp Seay; great-grandchildren, Taitum, Hayden, Graceyn, Brixton and Damion.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 4:00 pm at Lord and Stephens, Danielsville. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:00 pm.
