Ronnie Whitehead

Ronnie Whitehead, 59, husband of 38 years to Rhonda Young Whitehead died on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Born in Athens, GA he was the son of the late Joe Lewis Whitehead and Hazel Cheatam Whitehead. Ronnie was the owner of Ronnie Whitehead Trucking. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and always enjoyed telling a good story. Survivors in addition to his wife Rhonda include his daughter Brooke (Logan McKissick) Whitehead; brothers: James Whitehead, Johnny Whitehead and his twin brother, Donnie Whitehead and three grandchildren: Keaton McKissick and Trey and Maddie Patterson. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 3PM at Oconee Chapel, 2370 Hog Mountain Road and the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
