Robert Jefferson Brown

Robert Jefferson Brown 65 of Watkinsville, passed away on February 19, 2022. He was the son of the late, Clyde & Mary Brown. He was preceded by a brother, Junior Brown, and a sister, Linda Newman. Mr. Brown was a Corporal in The United States Army for 6 years and The United States Marine Corps for 8 years, serving as a cavalry scout and in communications.

Funeral services are Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Lord & Stephens, West chapel with Pastor Lee Brown officiating. The family will visit at the funeral home Monday, February 21, 2022, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The interment will be in Farmington Cemetery.

Survivors include wife of 44 years, Jean Brown; children, Sandy Williams, Jamie(Martha)Phillips, Tim Phillips and Chris(Amanda)Phillips; sisters and brothers, Charlotte Mize, Sandra(Wayman)Whitehead, Ted(Geraldine)Brown, Stan(Peggy)Brown, Lee(Joyce)Brown, Ken Brown and Ganesh(Donna)Persuad; Ten grandchildren, Five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, and nephews; Three Best Friends, Eddie Andrews, Bill Kirk, and Sam.
