Robert Allen Carter, 81, of Comer, died on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
Born in Florida to the late Allen Dick Carter and Doris Huggins Carter, Bob worked from the age of 16 as a tractor mechanic. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister.
Bob is survived by his wife, Janice Busbee Carter; 8 children: Lesa Feltman, Wanda Dunn, Robin Montgomery, Tray Smith, Melissa Carter, Janice Rice, Phillip Naylor, and William Knupp; 19 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
