Peggy Williams

Peggy Batchelor Williams, 95, of Morrow, Georgia, passed away on June 7, 2026.

Born on March 4, 1931, in Colquitt, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Nonny Batchelor. She spent her entire life as a loving sister, wife, mother, and grandmother. In her free time, she enjoyed shopping, watching Atlanta Braves baseball, and a good mountain vacation. Above all else, she cherished spending time with her beloved family, which brought her the greatest joy.

Survivors include her grandson, Bo Edwards, nephews, Bill Batchelor, Charles Corbin Jr, and Joe Floyd, and niece, Leigh Anne McCormick, as well as their families.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James R Williams, her daughter, Gail W. Edwards, her sister Calista Cofty, and nieces, Nan Corbin and Jimmie Lou Floyd.
