Athens - Peggy Bentley, 67, died July 26, 2005.
A native of Lakeland, FL, she was a daughter of the late Dorothy Mae Mozley and Bernard Haywood Bell. She was a homemaker and lived in this area for over forty-five years.
Funeral services will be Saturday, July 30, 2005 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, EAST. Interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors include her husband of forty-eight years, Donald Bentley; four children, Dorothy Mae Pettett of Brunswick, GA, Lee Anna B. Mitchell of Athens, Donald Rhodes Bentley, Jr. of Danielsville, Lilly Summerall of Athens; four sisters, Vivian Jones of Winterhaven, FL, Mary LeRoy of Lakeland, FL, Toinette Sparks of The Rock, GA, Cathy Phillips of Winterhaven, FL; brothers, Tony Bell and Charles Bell, both of Lakeland, FL; special friend, S. T. Graham; fourteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
