Survivors include 3 daughters, Christa Hofacre (Charles) of Watkinsville, Sandra Crist (Paul) of Orange Park, FL, and Dana Fahnholz of Kingsville, TX; 5 grandchildren, Beth Hofacre, Christopher Hofacre, Jason Crist, Dana Fahnholz, and Carol Gilett, and 4 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice or Wesley Woods Foundation for Talmadge Terrace.
Lord and Stephens, EAST is in charge of arrangements.
