Patsy S. England

Patsy S. England, 81, of Crawford, GA, wife of the late Paul E. England, died on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

Born in Crawford, GA on June 1, 1942, she was the daughter of the late William P. Spratlin and Eunice Spratlin and sister to the late Billie Sue Boardman and Martha Spratlin. Patsy graduated from Oglethorpe County High School in 1962 and graduated from the Georgia Baptist School of Nursing in 1965. She worked in various nursing jobs in Baton Rouge, LA, Calhoun, GA and Athens, GA as an OB-GYN Nurse and Emergency Room Nurse for several years before she began working as an Industrial Nurse for Reliance Electric for 27 years until her retirement.

Survivors include her children: Matthew (Robyn) England of Crawford, GA and Merre (Mickey) Price of Maxeys, GA; grandsons: Kinley Price, Wyatt Price and Bennett England; brother: Edward P. Spratlin of Crawford, GA; nieces and nephews: Barbara Culbertson of Winterville, GA, Billy (Shannon) Boardman of Michigan, Dorothy (Shane) Blocker of Crawford, GA and Edward P. Spratlin, Jr. of Crawford, GA; great nieces and nephews: Grant Culbertson, Billy Culbertson, Zachary Boardman, Tyler Boardman, Madison Blocker, Bailey Blocker, Shelby Blocker, Conner Blocker and Jackson Blocker.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 10AM at Crawford Cemetery with Rev. Brian George officiating.
