Nancy Carrole Picard

Nancy Picard, 85, passed away on August 17, 2025 after a lengthy illness and is survived by her husband, four children, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Nancy will always be remembered as a caring and intelligent woman who made many contributions to each local community she lived in throughout her career as a teacher, student, social worker and program director. Nancy even wrote grants funding community social programs she saw need for while raising a large family. Nancy was an inspiration to everyone she knew and all of those she helped and taught.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 1PM at Lord and Stephens East Chapel.
