Myrtis Savage Roberts, 97, wife of the late William Hoyt Roberts, died on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
Born in Athens, GA, she was the daughter of the late Harrison and Montine Scoggins Savage and was also preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters. She retired from Chicopee Cloth Mill and was a longtime member of Word of Life Church in Colbert.
Survivors include her three children, eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 10AM at Evergreen Memorial Park.
