Mike Jones

Michael A. “Mike” Jones, 53, husband of Leslie Jones, died Sunday, November 17, 2019. Born in Athens, he was the son of Bobby N.  and Shirley McCannon Jones of Winterville.  In addition to his wife and parents he is survived by four children: Sam Jones, Noah Jones, John Mark Jones and Rebecca Jones.

Mike worked as a Senior Store Keeper with Georgia Power.  He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish.

A celebration of Mike’s Life will be held Monday, December 2, 2019 at 5:30PM at Bass Lake, 60 Blakcthorne Road, Colbert, GA 30628.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
