Melody Lee Pike

Melody Lee Pike, 58, of Athens passed away on July 6, 2025. Born on June 29, 1967, she was the daughter of Sandra L. Michaels Potts and the Late John B. Potts.

Melody was smart and talented in many areas of life. This was really apparent during her time teaching. Her love and faithfulness towards her family never wavered even through life’s many trials.

She is survived by her children, Jamie Terpin (Joshua) and Logan Pike; mother, Sandra L. Potts; siblings, Melissa Dooley (Daniel) and John Mark Potts (Sharon); several nieces; and close friend, Lane Pinson.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Memorial Park.
