Melanie Jenkins Powers, 64, from Hull, Georgia passed away peacefully in the early morning on Thursday, July 20th, 2023.
She was a beloved educator in Clarke County for many years and shared her love of music with thousands of students.
She is survived by her three children, Kenny, Justin, and Sarah Powers and her siblings Michael Jenkins and Valerie Calhoun.
There are no plans of visitation or service.
Melanie was a light to everyone she met, and her light will continue to shine in our songs, stories, and hearts forever.
