Mary Ida (Erwin) Kelley

Mary Ida Kelley, 90 of Athens, passed away July 10, 2017. She was the daughter of the late, Buck & Flora Erwin; she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Kelley and four brothers and six sisters. Mrs. Kelley was a loving mother and grandmother. She worked for nearly 35 years with Athens-Clarke County as a Crossing Guard.

Funeral services are Wednesday July 12, 2017 2:00pm at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel with Rev. Jeffrey Gabriel officiating. The family will visit Tuesday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. The interment will be in Winterville cemetery.

Survivors include: Children, Sammy Brown, Marie Kelley and Carolyn (Keith) Hart; grandchildren, Scott Brown, James Hart, Amanda Hart and Angie Garrett; seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Pallbearers are: Phil Roberts, James Hart, Kyle Smith, Tyler Tanksley, Justin Kesler and Kenneth Jordan.
