Mary Lois Gunnells

Mary Lois Gunnells, 95, of Danielsville, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 3, 2023.

Born in Comer, she was a daughter of the late John Dave Roberts and Annie Dove Roberts. She attended The Little Country Church and was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harrison H. Gunnells; her son, Gerrold H. Gunnells and her siblings, David Roberts, James Roberts, Louise Hardeman and Sue Chandler.

Survivors include her children, Joe Gunnells and Jannice Gunnells; grandchild, JT Gunnells (Amber) and great-grandchildren, Caleb Gunnells, Kyleigh Gunnells, Elliott Gunnells and Emmett Gunnells.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm at The Little Country Church. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
