Mark William Matthews, 62, of Comer, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
Born in Greenville, SC, he was a son of the late I.V. Matthews and Mary Helen Johnson Matthews. Mark was a long haul truck driver.
Survivors include his children, Madyson Parsons (Christopher) and Bobby Matthews (Mandy); siblings, Kristy Smith (Wesley), Donny Matthews (Melissa) and Kenny Matthews (Vicky); grandchildren, MaryKate, Greyson, Jordan, Tyler, Trevor and Trent and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11:00 am at Lord and Stephens, Danielsville. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Carlton Cemetery.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
