Bogart - Maria L. Wofford, 61, of Bogart, GA, died Wednesday, April 16, 2008.
Mrs. Wofford was born in Gadsden, AL, to the late Lewis M. and Sarah M. Little. She attended Savannah Country Day School, graduated from Savannah High School and was a 1968 graduate of Brenau College.
Survivors include her husband, John R. Wofford Jr.; daughter: Holly M. Wofford of Los Angeles, CA; son and daughter-in-law: John R. "Bret" Wofford, III and Jenny S. Wofford of Comer; brother: Lewis M. Little Jr. of Savannah, GA; beloved grandson: Cody L. Wofford and three nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 2 p.m. at The First United Methodist Church of Gainesville, GA.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Hall County, 845 West Ridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30501.
Lord & Stephens, WEST is in charge of arrangements.
