Margie Mae Davis

Watkinsville - Mrs. Margie Mae Davis, 86, of Watkinsville, passed away June 19, 2010. Born in Summit, Ala., she has made her home in Watkinsville for the past eight years. A member of the Watkinsville Red Hat Society and Oconee Senior Center, she is survived by her daughter, Dee Strickland; son Richard Davis; sister, Dorothy Jones; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl G. Davis; parents Acie and Helen Carrell; five brothers and one sister. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
