Lucy Marie Giordano

Lucy Marie Lotito-Giordano, age 100, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2023, in Bishop, Georgia. Lucy was born on January 31, 1923, and grew up in East Syracuse, NY where he family owned and operated “Lotito’s” neighborhood store and gas station.
She was predeceased by siblings Victor, (Mary) Rose, Elizabeth, Anthony, Angeline Manzari; John, Frank, Mary, and August Lotito, as well as her beloved husband of 58 years, Dominic.  They enjoyed life by spending time with their family and traveling together through his work at Carrier International Corporation. They lived abroad for several years.
Lucy was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She raised and is survived by four children, Gloria (John) Dorgan of The Villages, Florida, Dianne (Timothy) Kring of Alexandria Bay, N.Y., David (Marylou) Giordano of Bishop, GA, and Nancy (Mark) Maslyn of Fairfax Station, VA as well as 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Per her wishes, there will be no calling hours. She will be laid to rest with her husband, Dominic, in Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse, NY.
