Lottie Isaac

Lourdes “Lottie” Isaac, 79, of Bogart, GA, a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and cherished family member passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026. The daughter of the late Frank Del Toro Sr (July 7, 1978) and Maria Luisa Del Toro (December 2, 2014),

Lottie grew up and began a family in El Paso, TX before moving to Augusta, GA in 1987 where she raised her sons and supported her husband’s business venture.

Lottie is survived by her siblings Stella, Frank Jr., David, and Patsy, sons Michael, Nicholas and Joseph, stepchildren, Sherry, Debbie, John, and Tamara, and grandchildren, Christoper, Sarah, Matthew, Chase, Ashlee, Cody, Cashton, Gracie, Joseph and Jaxon.

Lottie was devout in her Christian faith and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Lottie’s strength, resilience, humor, love of family, and dedication as a homemaker and working professional will continue through all the family, friends, and colleagues whose lives she touched.

Funeral/memorial services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, August 8, 2026, in the chapel at Mount Caramel Cemetery in El Paso, TX.
