Lelia Ann Jarrett

Leila Anne Jarrett, 69, of Lexington, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.

Anne was born on February 2, 1957, in Augusta, Georgia, and was a beloved sister and friend. She grew up in Athens, Georgia, with her parents, sister, and brother. Anne was known for her kindness and her love for family, friends, and animals, especially her horses. She loved adventure, travel, and experiencing the world. 

Anne retired from Burton & Burton in 2023 after many years as credit manager. She will be deeply missed for her outgoing personality. Anne never met a stranger and could start a conversation with anyone.

Anne was predeceased by her parents, Charlie and Erlean Jarrett, and her sister, Judy Jarrett.

She is survived by her brother, John W. Jarrett of Millen, Georgia; her niece, Jamie Walker of Atlanta, Georgia; and her nephew, Jarrett Walker of Demark, along with his wife and children.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18th, at 1:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, EAST.
