Lay is survived by his wife; Bounhom, his son and daughter; Outhay and Phonethip, daughter in law; Souvanngeun, his grandchildren; Malisa (Wesley), Christina, and Jonathan, great grandchildren; Keyliana, Kaiden, Kayleigh.
