Joyce Golden, 74, loving mother and grandmother, died February 2, 2016.
A native of Fuquay Springs, NC, she was a daughter of the late Seward and Stella Cooper Paul and the widow of Joe Golden. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Allie King, and two brothers, Bennie Paul and Lanier Paul.
Mrs. Golden graduated from Madison County High School and worked for many years as a bookkeeper for Williams and Guined, as well as Coble Dairy.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST. Interment will follow at Oconee Memorial Park.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Sandy Phillips; two grandsons, Alex and Ben, all of Grayson, GA.
The family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
