Joseph Embrick, 22, died August 3, 2005.
Born in Clarke County, he was the son of Kathleen Embrick of Comer and Charles Lee Embrick of Commerce. Joseph was raised in Lexington, attended Oglethorpe County High School and was employed with Lee Epting Catering. He put his heart into anything he did.
Memorial services will be Saturday, August 6, 2005 at 11:00 am at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors in addition to his mother and father include 2 sisters, Elizabeth Windham of Comer and Lura Embrick of N.C.; brothers, Richard Embrick of Athens and Byron Embrick of Dallas, TX; a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Vistacare Hospice, 767 Oglethorpe Avenue, Athens, Georgia 30606.
