John Howard Pineo

John Howard Pineo, 68, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on July 29, 1957, John lived a life defined by hard work, resilience, and an unwavering joy that he shared with everyone around him.

Memorial Services will be Saturday December 13, 2025 3:00 PM at Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville chapel with Rev. Randy Crowe officiating.

He is was a husband to, Sherry Pineo and a proud father, John’s greatest blessing in life was his son, Aaron John Pineo, whom he loved deeply. John spent many years on the road as a truck driver, a profession he took great pride in. He loved the freedom of the open highway, the people he met along the way, and the stories he collected throughout his travels.

Despite the challenges he faced, especially in his illness, John was known for his constant smile and positive spirit. He approached every day with gratitude and a lightness that inspired those who knew him. His strength, humor, and kindness left a lasting impression on family, friends, and all who crossed his path.

John will be remembered for his big heart, his laughter, and the way he embraced life with open arms. His memory will continue to live on in those who loved him, especially his son Aaron.

May he rest in peace, and may his legacy of love and positivity continue to shine through those he leaves behind.
