Joe Cecil Strickland, 76 of Danielsville passed away on August 20, 2020. He was the son of the late, CD & Violet Strickland. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Linda E. Strickland; daughter and sons, Melody, Kevin, Phillip, and Donna Strickland; brother and two sisters, Ray Strickland, Retha Bryant, and Yvonne Kennedy.
Funeral services are Monday, August 24, 2020, at 2:00 pm at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel. The family will visit prior to the service from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors include Sons and Daughters, Joseph Michael (Lisa) Strickland, Mark (Eve) Strickland, Jason Strickland Angela (James) Boree, and Mary Strange; brother, Howard Strickland; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
