Jimmy Roy Crowe, born on April 26, 1971, passed away on September 9, 2025. He was the former owner of Cato Seafood in Panama City Beach, Florida. With a heart of gold, Jimmy loved spending time with his family and friends, creating memories that will be cherished for years to come. He had a deep passion for fishing and enjoyed spending time at the beach, where he found peace and joy. He is survived by his beloved mother, Teresa Elliott Crowe; his sister, Tracy (Jackie Greenway) White; and his brother, Lee (Angela) Crowe. Jimmy's legacy continues with his nieces and nephews: Jordan (Stacy) Crowe, Amberlee (Khaled) Aboomer, Royce Crowe, Anna-Joy Crowe, Madison (Kody) Smith, and Brandon (Abby) White. He is also remembered by his great nieces and nephews, including Levi White, Lily Smith, Avalee Aboomar, Khelan Aboomar, Karson Aboomar, Taylor Joy Crowe, and Weston Crowe. Additionally, he leaves behind several aunts, uncles, and cousins who will miss him dearly. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, Roy Lee Crowe. A Celebration of Life will be held on September 20, 2025, at 2PM at Lord and Stephens West Chapel and visitation from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home prior to the service.
