Jerry Edward Woods, 72, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020. Born in Athens, Georgia on September 20, 1947, he was the son of the late Sara Agnes Carter and Phillip Edward Woods.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Dake and Karen Pilgrim.
Survivors include his children, Tina Woods, Sharon (Gerald) Scoggins, Gary (Tammy) Woods, Michael (Stacy) Woods and Michelle Helton; sisters, Vicki Wilson and Pat Culp; 13 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Arnoldsville Cemetery on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at 12:00 pm.
