Jeffrey Allen Cowart, SR., husband of the late Hope Cowart, died Sunday, June 16, 2021. Born in Commerce, GA, he was the son of the late Willie Bell Jordan Cowart. Jeffrey had worked as a truckdriver. Survivors include his son Jeffrey Allen Cowart, Jr., sister, Lois Flynn and cousins, Misty Zizzamia, Angel Helmly, Billy Flynn, Bumper Flynn and Gilbert “Bug” Marquina.
