Jeffery Harvel Welborn, 62 of Comer, GA, passed away August 31, 2026. He was the son of the late, Willis Harvel Welborn. He worked as a minister and a farmer.

Funeral services will be Thursday September 3, 2026 2:00 PM at Bethel Holiness Church, in Ila, GA. Mr. Welborn will lie in state in the church, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm. The viewing, will be at the funeral home, Wednesday September 2, 2026 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The interment will be in Mount Carmel Baptist Church cemetery.

Survivors include: Mother, Carleen Welborn; sister, Tammy Welborn; uncle, Billy (Jean) Parson; aunt, Janice (Larry) Pritchett; a niece, Janna (Kyle) Minyard, and a great nephew, Levi Thomas.
