Jeffery Stephen Haynie, 47, of Lexington, Ga. died Monday January 31, 2011.
He was a son of the late Harvey Haynie and Angie Ferguson Haynie. He was employed at Athens Regional Medical Center as a network security engineer. He was an Associate Pastor at Crawford Baptist Church where his primary focus was on evangelism training. He was a former member of the Gideons. Mr. Haynie is a member at Crawford Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Wednesday February 2, 2011 at 2:00 at Crawford Baptist Church with Rev. Sam Cox and Rev. Jamie Doster officiating. Interment will be at Crawford Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home EAST from 5:30 until 8:30.
Survivors include his wife Suzanna Haynie, his sons, R.J. Haynie and Ken Haynie, his mother, Angie Haynie, Crawford, Ga. brother Joel Haynie Crawford, Ga. Maternal Grandmother, Martha Ferguson, Baldwin ,Ga. brothers in law Robert E. Kennedy III, Toney Ala. And Al Kennedy, Newton, Miss.
