Jeanette Turner

Jeanette Turner, 49, of Athens died Saturday, December 5, 2015 surrounded by the ones she loved most.. Born in Commerce GA, Jeanette is survived by her parents William (Pat) Varner and Kay (Larry) Ayers, daughters, Erica, Rebekah, and Emily Turner, twin sister Yvette Crumley, step brothers, Tim and Jeff Fountain, special friend, John Marr, and nephews Edward, Dalton, and Levi Crumley. Jeanette is preceded in death by grandparents Ruby Varner and Gertrude Haynes, and brother in law Eddie Crumley.
Jeanette was a member of Cornerstone Church and was very active in the church. She also served as the Vice President for the Christian Motorcycle Association, and was employed at St. Mary's Hospital.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, December 8th, from 5-8 P.M at Lord and Stephens, East. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 9th at 2:00 P.M. at Cornerstone Church. Burial will follow at Gray Hill Cemetery in Commerce.
